These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at tfi.tools and the automation, publishing and analytics tools operated by Tools For Intelligence LLC ("TFI Tools", "we", "us"). By using our website or our tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who We Are

Tools For Intelligence LLC builds and operates workflow automation, content publishing and search-performance tools for business customers. Where we manage content or connected accounts on your behalf, we act on your instruction.

2. Using the Service

You may use our services only for lawful business purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

• Publish content you do not have the rights to publish.

• Upload material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other customers' data, or any connected account that is not yours.

• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service or the platforms it connects to.

• Use the service to send spam or to breach the terms of any connected platform.

• Publish content you do not have the rights to publish.

• Upload material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other customers' data, or any connected account that is not yours.

• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service or the platforms it connects to.

• Use the service to send spam or to breach the terms of any connected platform.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or puts the service or other customers at risk.

4. Connected Third-Party Accounts

Our tools can connect to third-party platforms — including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Telegram and LinkedIn — so that content can be published to channels you own or control. When you connect an account:

• You confirm that you are authorised to publish to that channel.

• You grant us permission to act on that channel strictly as you direct through our tools.

• You remain bound by that platform's own terms and policies, which apply in addition to these Terms.

• You may disconnect at any time, from within our tools or from the platform's own security settings. Disconnecting immediately ends our ability to act on that channel.

• You confirm that you are authorised to publish to that channel.

• You grant us permission to act on that channel strictly as you direct through our tools.

• You remain bound by that platform's own terms and policies, which apply in addition to these Terms.

• You may disconnect at any time, from within our tools or from the platform's own security settings. Disconnecting immediately ends our ability to act on that channel.

We are not responsible for a third-party platform's availability, rate limits, review decisions, or changes to its rules. For example, a video platform may reject, restrict, or lock content according to its own policies, independently of anything we do.

5. Your Content

You keep all ownership of the content you submit through our tools. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process, format and publish that content to the destinations you choose. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe anyone's rights.

6. Our Intellectual Property

The service, its software, design, and documentation remain the property of Tools For Intelligence LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the service without our written permission.

7. Fees

Where a service is provided under a paid agreement, the fees, billing cycle and scope are set out in that agreement or quotation. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude applicable taxes. Non-payment may result in suspension of the service.

8. Availability and Support

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, and factors outside our control can affect availability. Where a written service-level agreement exists, that agreement governs.

9. Disclaimers

Except where an express written warranty applies, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that results will meet a particular commercial objective, or that any third-party platform will accept, rank, or distribute your content in a particular way.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tools For Intelligence LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Tools For Intelligence LLC against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from content you publish through the service, or from your breach of these Terms or of a connected platform's rules.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and disconnect any linked accounts. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued use would endanger the service or other customers. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, liability and indemnity — continue to apply.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will revise the date at the top of this page, and material changes affecting paid services or connected accounts will be notified directly. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of registration of Tools For Intelligence LLC, and the competent courts there have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you additional rights.
